1. Who we are
Wevent360 operates this website as a platform for registering and purchasing tickets to medical and professional events held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wevent360.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, mobile number and password.
- Professional data — your national ID or Iqama number, SCFHS registration number, specialty and workplace, where an event organiser requires them for accreditation or CME credit.
- Order data — the events and ticket types you buy, the amount paid, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
- Attendance data — the date and time your ticket QR code is scanned at an event.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
We do not collect or store your full card number, card expiry date or CVV. Those are entered on the payment provider's own secure page and never reach our servers.
3. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account, and to let you sign in.
- To process your ticket purchase and issue your ticket and QR code.
- To verify you at the venue and record your attendance.
- To issue attendance certificates and report credited hours to the event organiser and, where applicable, to the accrediting body.
- To send transactional messages: order confirmations, tickets, event changes and password resets.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
- Event organisers — the organiser of an event you register for receives the attendee details needed to run the event and to award credited hours.
- Payment provider — PayTabs processes your payment and receives the data needed to do so.
- Accrediting bodies — where an event carries CME accreditation, attendance data may be reported to the relevant authority.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and support providers acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Saudi tax and commercial law. Attendance and certificate records are kept for as long as they may be needed to re-issue a certificate or evidence credited hours.
6. Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to us using the address on our Contact page. We will respond within the period set by the law.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to hold your basket between pages. Removing them will prevent checkout from working.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by our staff. Access to attendee data in the administration area is limited to authorised employees.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed, and material changes will be notified by email to registered users.
