1. What you are buying
Each ticket is a personal admission to one specific event, for the ticket type you selected. A ticket is issued to the person named on the order and is not transferable unless the event organiser agrees in writing.
2. Prices
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Prices include Value Added Tax at the applicable rate unless the event page states otherwise.
- The price charged is the price displayed at the moment you confirm payment.
3. Accepted payment methods
Payment is taken by our payment provider, PayTabs, on their secure hosted page. The card schemes and local payment methods available to you are those enabled on the event at the time of purchase and are listed at the payment step. We never see or store your card details.
4. When your ticket is issued
A ticket is created only after PayTabs confirms the payment as successful. Until then your order exists as an unpaid order and no ticket or QR code is issued. If a payment fails, is cancelled, times out, or you close the browser during payment, no ticket is issued and no amount is captured.
5. Confirmation
When payment succeeds you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, the event details, your ticket type and your entry QR code. The same ticket is always available in My account → Order history, which is the authoritative copy if the email does not arrive.
6. Failed and duplicate payments
If you are charged but do not receive a ticket, contact us with the PayTabs transaction reference shown on your bank statement. We will match it to the order and either issue the ticket or refund the amount. Clicking "Pay" more than once does not create a second ticket; if a duplicate charge does occur it is refunded in full.
7. Capacity and availability
Tickets are sold up to the capacity set by the event organiser and only within the sales window shown on the event page. Adding a ticket to your basket does not reserve it; a ticket is only secured once payment completes.
8. Invoices
A tax invoice for your order is available from My account → Order history once the order is paid.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
