1. Who decides
Events on this site are run by independent organisers. The organiser decides the programme, the venue, the date and any change to them. Wevent360 sells the tickets, tells you about changes, and handles the refund where one is due.
2. Minor changes
A change of speaker, a change to the session order, or a change of room within the same venue is a minor change. Your ticket stays valid and no refund arises.
3. Change of date or venue
If the date, the city or the venue changes, we will email every ticket holder at the address on the order. You may either:
- keep your ticket, which stays valid for the new date and venue with no further payment; or
- cancel and receive a full refund, including any payment-processing fee, by telling us within 14 days of our notification, or before the new start date if that is sooner.
4. Cancellation of the event
If an event is cancelled outright, every ticket is refunded in full automatically. You do not need to ask. Refunds are released within 14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed to us and are returned to the card or account used to pay.
5. Change from in-person to online, or online to in-person
This is treated as a change of venue under section 3, and gives the same right to a full refund.
6. Accreditation changes
If the credited hours attached to an event are reduced or withdrawn after you bought your ticket, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of being told.
7. Circumstances outside anyone's control
Where an event cannot take place because of an official directive, a public-health measure, a natural event or another cause outside the organiser's control, sections 3 and 4 still apply to your ticket price. Neither Wevent360 nor the organiser is responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incurred separately.
8. How we notify you
Notification is sent to the email address on the order and is also shown on the event page. Keep the email address on your account current — it is the only channel we can rely on.
