Why list with usEverything your event registration needs
Free & easy
Adding your event is FREE and takes not more than 10 minutes. Just fill in your event information and set up your tickets.
More audiences
Your event will be seen by thousands of site visitors, and included in our advertising and email campaigns, so you will have more subscribers to your event.
Flexible payment
Your audiences will purchase your tickets online and choose to pay using credit card, bank transfer or cash onsite. The bank transfer can be made to your bank account or to our bank account.
Monitor subscribers & payments
From your account, view all your subscribers' details and payment status or method. You can also view the balances of your cashier accounts to monitor received cash, and print badges.
Receive cash onsite
Using a cashier account you can receive cash from your audiences onsite, update their payment status, and print them badges with bar codes. You can also use it to record bank transfer payments when using your own bank account.
Self check-in
A self check-in account lets your subscribers print their own badges by typing their phone number or order number into a friendly screen at the event location.
Attendance control
Record and control attendance at your event by scanning the bar code on the audience badges. To scan them you can use any free scanning app for smart phones or tablets.
Smart communication
Your subscribers receive emails about registration, orders and payments. They can also send you messages about your event, which you answer from the message centre in your account.
Free support
You and your subscribers are supported free of charge by our team. We handle all registration questions and issues — reachable by phone, email or the contact form.

Questions organisers ask
What does it cost to list an event?
Listing is free. The plans above set out what is included at each level; anything beyond the free plan is quoted before you commit, and you are never charged for simply publishing an event.
How long does it take to go live?
Filling in the event and its ticket types takes about ten minutes. We review the listing before it appears publicly, which is normally the same working day.
How do I get paid?
Card payments are collected by PayTabs and settled to the account agreed with you. If you prefer, attendees can pay by bank transfer to your own account, or in cash on site through a cashier account — in both cases you mark the payment received and the attendee’s ticket is issued.
Can I see who has registered before the event?
Yes. Your account shows every registration as it happens, with the attendee’s details, ticket type and payment status, and you can export the whole list to a spreadsheet at any time.
How does check-in work on the day?
Every paid ticket carries a QR code, which the attendee has in their confirmation email, in their account and on their printed badge. Your registration desk scans it; the first scan admits them, a second scan says the ticket has already been used.
Do you handle CME hours and certificates?
You set the credited hours on the event. Attendance is recorded by the door scan, so the hours reported are the hours actually attended, and attendance certificates are issued from the same record.
What happens if I have to move or cancel the event?
Tell us as early as you can. We email every ticket holder, and the Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation Policy sets out what each of them is entitled to. Refunds, where they are due, are handled by us.
Can I sell more than one type of ticket?
Yes — as many as you need, each with its own price, quantity and sales window. Consultants, residents, students and exhibitors are commonly set up as separate ticket types on the same event.
Is the site available in Arabic?
Yes. The site runs in Arabic and English, and you can enter your event details in both so attendees see the listing in the language they are browsing in.
I still have a question.
Send it to us — an organiser gets an answer from a person, not a form reply.
