1. Scope

This policy covers cancellations and refunds requested by you. Where we or the organiser cancel or change an event, the Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation Policy applies instead and is more favourable to you.

2. Cancellation by the attendee

Unless the event page states a different rule, the following applies to the ticket price:

  • More than 14 days before the event start date — full refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fee.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before — 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before, or after the event has started — no refund.
  • Free (SAR 0) tickets — may be cancelled at any time; nothing is refundable.

The event page always takes precedence: some organisers set a stricter or a more generous rule, and that rule is shown before you pay.

3. Tickets already used

A ticket whose QR code has been scanned at the venue counts as used and is not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Send your order number and the reason from the email address on your account, using our Contact page. Requests are acknowledged within two working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through PayTabs to the same card or account used to pay. We do not refund to a different card, to cash, or as credit. Your bank normally shows the amount within 7 to 14 working days of us releasing it.

6. Name changes instead of cancellation

If you cannot attend, ask us whether the organiser will accept a name change. Where they agree, this is usually faster and cheaper than cancelling and rebuying, and is subject to any administrative fee the organiser sets.

7. Accreditation

A cancelled or refunded ticket carries no credited hours and no attendance certificate.
